Product Details

Instructions:
1. Power on: red light, blue light and green light each flash once and then go out
2. Working status: indicator light is always on (high-end: red light is always on, mid-range: blue light is always on, low-end, green light is always on)
3. Long press the power button for 3 seconds: power off
4. Click the power button: switch gears

Installation notes:
1. Remove the original handlebar
2. Use the left hand to moisten the inner hole with soapy water, and the twist should not be too large during installation
3. The power cord, the red wire is connected to the positive pole, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole, please confirm and then connect it, do not reverse the connection

Precautions:
1. When installing the left handle, do not twist the handle too much. Excessive twisting will cause the heating wire to shift.
2. When wiring, connect the red to the positive pole and the black to the negative pole. If it is connected reversely, the switch will burn out, but the handle will heat up, so when wiring, please make sure to connect the positive and negative terminals to prevent burning.

Refunds & Returns

Duration:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
  • Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
  • Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.

Return Conditions:

  • To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
  • Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Change of Mind:

  • 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.

Misdescription:

  • If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.
