1. What are the delivery charges for orders from Evertrend?
A shipping fee of R79 applies to all orders within South Africa.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Handling time is 1-3 working days for processing and quality checks. Delivery is expected within 6-12 working days. In areas where direct delivery isn't possible, orders will be redirected to the nearest PAXI collection point.
3. How can I track my order?
We will keep you updated on your order status via SMS and email.
4. Will I need to provide my ID for customs clearance?
We usually handle customs without needing your ID. However, if required, we’ll contact you directly.
5. What is the return policy?
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns, contact sales@evertrend.co.za.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please report the issue within 7 days with proof, and we offer a 100% refund or send the correct product.
7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
8. What if I change my mind about a product I ordered?
Returns due to a change of mind are subject to a 15% handling fee, and return shipping must be covered by the buyer.
9. How do I initiate a return?
Email sales@evertrend.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and detail to expedite the process. Ensure installation of items like LCD screens is done professionally to avoid warranty issues.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible before the order has shipped. Post-shipment cancellations are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee, and the item must be returned to the dispatch warehouse.
11. What are the conditions for a refund?
You will be notified once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Transaction times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
12. What should I do if I find an issue with my delivered item?
Inspect your order upon arrival and report any defects, damages, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
