Delivery Process

Delivery Charges:

• A shipping fee of R79 applies on all orders

Processing and Delivery Times:

• Handling Time: Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process and quality-check your order.
• Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 7-15 working days via our trusted private couriers. If delivery to your address isn’t possible, your order will be redirected to the nearest PAXI collection point.

Order Updates and Tracking:

• We’ll keep you updated on your order status via SMS and email.

Customs and Identification:

• Customs Clearance: We handle customs through Evertrend.co.za's import license, usually without requiring your ID.
• Exceptions: If your ID is needed for customs, we’ll reach out to you directly.
• Privacy Assurance: Any ID information required is kept confidential, used solely for customs purposes, and accessed only by authorized personnel.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship only within South Africa.

Returns and Compensation:

• Return Policy: You can return items in new condition within 7 days for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Please contact us at sales@evertrend.co.za.
• Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 7 days with proof for compensation. Contact us at sales@evertrend.co.za.
