Warranty:
Dear users: Thank you for your choice. In order to protect your rights better, provide better service, please carefully read this warranty regulations and the product manual after the purchase, keep the product quality certification and warranty card. Once lost, it is not replaceable, please understand.
During the warranty period, the dealers, the customer service outlets will maintain products in accordance with the terms of warranty, or replace the products if the company deem necessary (except as otherwise required by the laws), to correct defects in material, design and workmanship for a commercially reasonable period of time.
Product warranty must meet the following content in order to obtain the warranty service provided by our company:
1. Please be sure to send back the warranty card (manufacturer part) covered with the dealera stamp and completed with the relevant information to the manufacturer, and show the warranty card (user part) when maintaining products.
2. The product warranty is for one year, warranty period will be subject to the time of the invoice of purchase and please show the warranty card when maintaining products.
3. For product failure occurred within seven days since the date of purchase, user can enjoy free return service; failure occurred within one year, user can enjoy free maintenance service.

Statement:
1. This product is for monitoring tire pressure and temperature, the system will remind the driver to take timely measures to avoid dangers when the tire status is abnormal. However, it does not mean that you can ignore the right condition of your tires that should be kept accordance with the vehicle requirements. The user should check the following conditions in accordance with the requirements of the users manual: whether the tire tread depth has reached the wear limit, whether the tire has abrasions, unilateral wear, fracture, crack, perforation and other defects. The tire burst accident caused by the defects of the tire itself, belongs not to the quality responsibility of the product. The product can remind the driver of danger of tire blowout, but it cannot stop the danger. (Please know more about TPMS working principle carefully).
2. This product display tire pressure and temperature data only for reference and warning, it cannot stop accident to occur. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by damage of the product.
3. When driving, do not operate the receiver frequently, or check the display frequently to prevent distraction. If the system prompts the tire condition is abnormal, the owner should immediately slow down the car or park in the nearest point for inspection and maintenance. Tires should be recovered into normal status before driving.
4. If this product is not installed properly, it will affect the working status of the product or bring damage to the product, it is recommended to let technician to do installation according to the requirements of manual.

Refunds & Returns

Duration:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:
