Control and protect your canine companion with the TF68 2-in-1 Dog Trainer and Wireless Fence. This versatile system combines the functionality of a dog training collar with a wireless containment system, all in one easy-to-use device.
Keep your dog safe within a designated area using the wireless fence mode. With an adjustable range of up to 150 metres, you can create a secure space for your pet to roam freely. The signal strength is adjustable from levels 1-100, corresponding to a radius of 15-150 metres from the transmitter. If your dog approaches the boundary, the collar will emit a vibration warning followed by a static correction, guiding them back to the safe zone.
Reinforce training commands using the integrated dog trainer. With a remote control range of up to 250 metres, you can effectively communicate with your dog from a distance. Choose from three training modes: audible alarm, vibration, and static correction. The static correction level is adjustable from 0-100, allowing you to customise the training to your dog's temperament and sensitivity.

Before first use: Please fully charge the device and install the antenna.
Switching between modes:
- Wireless Fence Mode: Digital display illuminated. Press any right-hand function button to switch to trainer mode.
- Trainer Mode: Digital display off. Press the left-hand "+" or "-" button to switch to wireless fence mode.
Note: A single transmitter can support multiple receiver collars, allowing you to manage multiple dogs with ease.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:

- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:

- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
- For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
