Notes:
1. Matters needing attention: Before use, stainless steel edible utensils must be washed with boiling water or rice water several times to ensure cleanliness.
2. Avoid tipping, falling, collision and strong impact, otherwise it will cause deformation of stainless steel products, affecting the appearance and use effect.
3. Stainless steel products should not be in contact with soy sauce, vinegar, salt and other substances for a long time to extend the service life.
4. The inside of stainless steel utensils may sometimes produce some red spots due to the effects of iron and other substances contained in the contents. You can use warm water and dilute vinegar to soak for 30 minutes, then fully clean it.
5. Stainless steel utensils should be cleaned with a soft cloth and ordinary detergent. Do not use alkaline bleach, metallic vegetable cloth, chemical rags, etc.
6. In order to prevent the generation of odors or stains, and can be used for long-term cleaning, stainless steel utensils should be cleaned and fully dried after use.
7. After the stainless steel utensils are heated at high temperature, do not directly touch them to avoid scalding.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.
