Product Details


1. Allows for DJI devices to connect to 4G networks to realize multiple functions such as networking, enhanced image transmission, and network RTK.
2. Realize the integrated installation of the module and for DJI Air 3 aircraft. You can insert the enhanced video transmission module directly into the body of for DJI Air 3 without additional installation kits to efficiently access the 4G network
3. Supports ASDIV (Transmitting Antenna Selection), with better performance and better handling of complex flight scenarios. An eSIM is included so it can be used without an additional card, and physical nano-SIM cards are also supported
4. The enhanced image transmission module can connect your for DJI equipment to the 4G network, provide you with high-speed and stable networking services, and realize enhanced image transmission, network RTK and other functions
5. On the basis of the original image transmission, it cooperates with the 4G network. If the original image transmission signal is blocked or interfered, the user can still control the drone with the help of the 4G network, reducing the chance of disconnection and effectively improving flight safety.

Kind tips
1. If you choose to use eSIM, please follow the (eSIM Activation Guide) to activate eSIM. After activation, 3GB data will be given as a gift. Please scan the QR code to follow the official account according to the prompts of the app, and perform data recharge, data reminder and other services.
2. If you choose to use a SIM card, please contact your local operator to purchase it.
3. When using enhanced video transmission, please be sure to operate the drone in a place where the 4G signal of the remote control or mobile phone is close to full. Since the enhanced image transmission is realized through the 4G network, there may be a certain delay and lag, so be sure to fly with caution.
4. According to the activation date, the enhanced image transmission service needs to be renewed after one year, and the subscription price is 99 rmb/year.
5. DJI may terminate the enhanced image transmission service at any time in accordance with local laws and regulations. The termination of the enhanced video transmission service does not affect other networking functions of the enhanced video transmission module.
6. Enhanced video transmission can only be purchased and used in mainland China for the time being. For other countries and regions, please pay attention to DJIs official notice.

Refunds & Returns

Duration:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
  • Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
  • Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.

Return Conditions:

  • To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

  • Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
  • Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
  • LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
  • Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Change of Mind:

  • 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.

Misdescription:

  • If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:

  • Process: Email your cancellation request.
  • Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.

Damages and Issues:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Exchanges:

  • For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds:
