Function Introduction:
This product's 4K high-definition player can have a built-in 2.5-inch laptop hard drive (applicable to hard drives with a thickness of 7-9mm), and can also be connected to an external USB flash drive or mobile hard drive. It supports automatic loop playback of high-definition videos, pictures and music after power-on. This machine has built-in 5G storage space, and the files that need to be played can be copied to the machine's memory for playback. There is no network function and does not support the installation of other APK software.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.

Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:

- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:

Cancellation:
