Product Details
1. Using thick copper inner core, large load capacity, low resistivity, good conductivity, stable and reliable wiring.
2. The outer layer is tin-plated and is resistant to oxidation, which can prevent the copper core from being exposed to the air for a long time to form patina and maintain strong electrical conductivity.
3. The shell adopts high insulation protection, and the terminal shell adopts thickened insulating flame-retardant casing for effective protection.
4. The inner core ring has a notch design, which is suitable for the insertion tension of the bullet male head to expand outwards, and the hollow slot inside will be firmly stuck when the bullet head is inserted.
5. Suitable for automotive terminals, audio isolation switches, machines, home decoration, and many other applications.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.
