This versatile pump delivers a 13L/min flow rate and a 5.5m head with low power consumption (20W at 12V DC). Its brushless motor ensures long life and quiet operation, while the ceramic shaft offers superior wear resistance.

Precautions:
- This pump must be submerged or primed. Ensure the inlet is below the water level for proper operation.
- For continuous operation at temperatures above 65°C, consider pumps with power below 24W.
- Operating current will be 70-85% of the listed current when connected to a system.
- Flow rate is measured horizontally.
- Avoid running the pump dry for extended periods.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:

- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.

Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
