Product Details
1. Material: ABS environmentally friendly resin
2. Specifications: 24 pieces/box
3. Durable, strong, healthy and harmless
4. Can be used repeatedly, light and soft, not easy to fall off
5. Developed based on the nail curvature of Asian women, with a higher degree of fit.
6. The size is measured manually and there will be slight deviations. The end with the number on the back of the nail plate is in the direction of the fingertip.
Wearing steps:
1. Use a strip to polish the nail surface
2. Use the cleaning tablet to clean the nail surface (dry it thoroughly before proceeding to the next step)
3. Choose a suitable adhesive tape and apply it to the nail surface. When applying one side, press firmly for 10 seconds and then peel off the film.
4. Choose a suitable size (it can be smaller than your own fingernail, but not larger) and wear it and press it firmly for 30 seconds.
Important points to note when wearing it for a long time:
1. Choose the appropriate nail patch (reusable)
2. After cleaning, the nail surface must be completely dry before proceeding to the next step.
3. The numbers at the bottom of the nail plate must face the fingertips. If you wear it backwards, it will not last long.
4. Wear it for 2 hours without being exposed to water. Do not soak in warm water for a long time.
Armor removal instructions:
1. Soak in warm water for 2 minutes, then use a wooden stick or toothpick to slowly pry it up along the edge of the nail.
2. Deduct the waste jelly glue on the back of the nail plate
3. If the nail piece is not damaged, it can be used again (if you dont have a wooden stick, you can also slowly peel it off along the edge of the nail piece)

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
- Process: Email your cancellation request.
- Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.

Damages and Issues:

- Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
- For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
- Notification: We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Approval: If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Transaction times may vary based on your bank or card issuer.
