Train your dog effectively and humanely with this 1000m Remote Control Dog Training Collar. Featuring four training modes (sound, vibration, light, and static shock), this collar offers adjustable levels for vibration and shock (0-99) to suit your dog's temperament and training needs. A built-in intercom allows you to soothe and reassure your dog with your voice (one-way communication).
This waterproof receiver allows your dog to enjoy walks in the rain and even a swim. With a range of up to 2600 feet (800 metres) in open areas and 1600 feet (500 metres) with obstacles, you maintain control even at a distance. The rechargeable remote and receiver offer convenient, long-lasting use, with standby times of approximately 60 days for the remote and 35 days for the receiver. This system also supports up to three dogs with the purchase of additional collars (sold separately).

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
