3. This USB adapter will connect to any Bluetooth audio device when you plug into your PS4 USB slot. It comes with a wireless microphone that will enable you to chat when you plug into the PS4 controller.

5. Usage method:
(1). Turn on the power of the PS4 and plug the Bluetooth adapter into one of the USB ports of the PS4
(2). For the first time, the adapter is plugged into the PS4 USB port, the blue light flashes slowly, long press the button for about 2 seconds, the blue light flashes quickly, enter the pairing state, then turn on the Bluetooth headset and enter the pairing state, waiting for the USB adapter The connection with the Bluetooth headset is completed. When the connection is successful, the blue light of the USB adapter becomes steady, indicating that the Bluetooth is connected
(3). Plug the microphone into the headphone jack of the PS4 handle
(4). Enter the PS4 settings interface
(5). Select to enter the Peripheral Machine menu
(6). Select sound device
(7). Set Input Device to USB Headset (USB Audio Device)
(8). Set Output Device to USB Headset (USB Audio Device)
(8). Adjust the microphone volume and test the microphone volume at the same time, press the OK key to complete the setting
(10). Adjust the headphone volume to a suitable size
(11). Set output to headphones for all sounds

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
