Customs and Identification

• Customs Clearance: We handle customs through Evertrend.co.za's import license, usually without requiring your ID.
• Exceptions: If your ID is needed for customs, we’ll reach out to you directly.
• Privacy Assurance: Any ID information required is kept confidential, used solely for customs purposes, and accessed only by authorized personnel.

Returns and Compensation

Duration:

• You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:

• Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
• Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
• Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
• Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.

Return Conditions:

• To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

• Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
• Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
• LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
• Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Change of Mind:

• 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.

Misdescription:

• If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:

• Process: Email your cancellation request.
• Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.
• Post-Shipment Cancellation: Involves up to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer must return the item(s) to the dispatch warehouse.

Damages and Issues:

• Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We aim to resolve such issues promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

• Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
• Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Exchanges:

• For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

• Notification: We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
• Approval: If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Transaction times may vary based on your bank or card issuer.
