Product Details
1. Working voltage: DC 5-36V
2. Trigger signal source: high-level trigger (DC 3.0V-24V) signal ground and system ground are not common to improve the anti-interference ability of the system (you can also short-circuit the common ground by yourself)
3. Output capacity: DC 5V--36V, continuous current 15A at room temperature, power 400W, under auxiliary cooling conditions, the current can reach 30A
4. Quiescent current: 15mA
5. With optocoupler isolation, enhance anti-interference ability, industrial-grade circuit board, set parameters will be remembered forever after power off
6. Size: about 6x3.4x1.2cm
7. Note: The module is an active live output, the voltage of the output terminal (load terminal) is equal to the input terminal voltage (DC 5V--36V)
Features:
1. Realize high-frequency, fast and frequent on-off of the circuit
2. The on-off process will not produce noise, no electrical sparks, and no electromagnetic interference.
3. Adopt dual MOS parallel active output, lower internal resistance, higher current, strong power, 15A, 400W at room temperature, which meets the use of most equipment
4. It is used to control motors, light bulbs, LED strips, DC motors, micro water pumps, solenoid valves, etc. Through this module, these devices can be easily controlled, which is very convenient
5. Wide voltage operation (5-36V), most devices can be used, very convenient
6. The interface is clear and simple, powerful and easy to operate
7. One-key emergency stop function (STOP key), with reverse connection protection, reverse connection will not burn
8. Added sleep mode, after enabling, if there is no operation within 5 minutes, the display will be automatically turned off, and any key will wake up
9. Different OP, CL, LOP parameters can be set, these parameters are independent of each other and saved separately
10. All setting parameters are automatically saved after power off

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
- Process: Email your cancellation request.
- Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
- For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
- Notification: We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
