With an updated compact and ergonomic design from AirCross 2, the AirCross 3 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer features enhanced battery life, updated OLED UI, a single start/stop/shutter button, a more durable metal construction, greater stability, enhanced manual control, and a foldable design. The AirCross 3 supports cameras that weigh up to 7 lb, which can be set up in different configurations: Classic mode, Sling mode, and Dual-Handle mode, and can be used with a grip extension such as the optional Slypod for a dolly effect.

Refunds & Returns

Duration:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
  • Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
  • Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.

Return Conditions:

  • To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

  • Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
  • Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
  • LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
  • Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Change of Mind:

  • 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.

Misdescription:

  • If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
