Product Details
1. Safe and reusable watercolor pad - just fill the pen with clean water and draw on the pad, which is a perfect way for young children to draw. After 3-10 minutes, the marks will magically disappear (depending on temperature and airflow)
2. Large size - The size of the watercolor doodle pad is 78x78 cm/31 inches, which is enough for 2-4 children to draw at the same time, and they can share every painting idea. The painting pad can be folded into a compact size, which is convenient for carrying and traveling indoors and outdoors.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
- Process: Email your cancellation request.
- Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.

- Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
- For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
