Features:
1. This product is an industrial-grade 16-channel relay module controlled by RS485 bus, using Modbus RTU protocol, built-in power isolation, ADI magnetic isolation, resettable fuse, TVS diode and other protection circuits, and equipped with ABS case.
2. Modbus RTU 16 channel relay is very easy to use. Due to its fast communication speed, stability, reliability and security, it is ideal for industrial control equipment and/or applications with high communication requirements.
3. Configurable device address (1-255), multiple devices can be cascaded on the RS485 bus
4. It has the function of blinking and blinking. By passing parameters to the command, the relay can be opened for a period of time and then automatically closed
5. On-board integrated power isolation, providing stable isolation voltage, no additional power supply is required at the isolation end
6. Onboard integrated ADI magnetic isolation, which can realize signal isolation, high reliability, strong anti-interference and low power consumption
7. Onboard resettable fuse and TVS (transient voltage suppressor), effectively suppress surge voltage and transient peak voltage in the circuit, provide overcurrent/overvoltage, lightning protection, anti-static
8. On-board optocoupler isolation to prevent the relay from being interfered by the high-voltage circuit
9. On-board dedicated relay driver chip, built-in freewheeling diode protection, stronger and more stable driving capability
10. Anti-reverse connection circuit to prevent accidental damage to the circuit by wrong connection

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
