Product Details
1. Super hardness. The protective film adopts 9H super hardness, anti-scratch and explosion-proof, which can prevent the remote control screen from being hit, dropped, scraped by knife, scratched, etc., effectively protecting the original screen, saving your screen replacement property, and improving the user experience;
2. High-quality material. The screen adopts optical film to effectively reduce light reflection and refraction, thereby improving the transmittance and clarity of light, and the anti-reflection film is oleophobic and waterproof, effectively anti-fingerprint, sensitive touch, and the assembly does not affect the use of the remote control at all;
3. Strong compatibility. Compatible with DJI RC and RC2, the two remote controllers are universal, fast and accurate fitting, consistent with the original machine curvature, no warping, no dust, and no screen blocking;
4. Easy to install. Designed according to the original size of the remote control screen, after wiping the screen clean, just tear off the protective page, align the screen and fit it, and it comes with alcohol packs and dust removal stickers, no extra tools are required;
5. Comfortable experience. After applying the AR anti-reflection film, whether indoors or outdoors, it can reduce the reflectivity of the light source and improve the screen transmittance. Even if you read the screen under the light, you can still see it clearly, saving power for adjusting the brightness and making it comfortable to use.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
- Process: Email your cancellation request.
- Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.

Damages and Issues:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
- For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
