Product Details
1. Exclusive design. The explosion-proof and waterproof box is specially designed for DJI NEO, suitable for the storage and protection of DJI NEO aircraft and a full set of related accessories;
2. Large storage capacity. The waterproof box can store NEO aircraft, RC-N3 remote control (compatible with RC-N2), original charging butler, original battery slot * 3, and exclusive 35W charging head position; the additional aircraft is also compatible with the charging butler, and the position under the remote control can be used as a custom space to store DJI original 65w charging head, data cable, propeller, lanyard, shoulder strap, and other accessories;
3. High-quality material. The exterior is made of high-quality PP material, which is wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, anti-collision and anti-fall; the lining is made of customized EVA+sponge material, with precise positioning design, and the upper cover is equipped with elastic sponge pad protection, which effectively reduces shock and can provide all-round protection for your NEO and related accessories;
4. Strong sealing. The outer box has a valve design to ensure the internal space is intact. It has an IP67 rating, is waterproof and dustproof, and ensures that your products are dry and clean;
5. Easy to carry. Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
- Process: Email your cancellation request.
- Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.
- Post-Shipment Cancellation: Involves up to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer must return the item(s) to the dispatch warehouse.
Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We aim to resolve such issues promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
- For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
