Product Details
1. On-board antenna, open transmission distance of about 50 meters, without external antenna. If installed into the metal shell to avoid signal shielding, you can buy your own external antenna installation, reserved IPEX antenna seat
2. 12S output interface, can be connected with 12S input function of the amplifier, leave the key expansion interface, to realize the up/down song switch, pause/play, volume adjustment, scalability is strong
3. There is a TYPE-C USB interface, which can realize PC sound card connection or USB power supply; for QCC5125 models, through the USB can be connected to the official software on the internal DSP in the EQ operation, only for users who have a software foundation
4. With acrylic shell and fixed magnetic column, magnetic adsorption fixed installation, convenient and fast
5. QCC5125/QCC3034+PCM5102A, lossless transmission, lossless decoding, no loss, to show the sound of each dynamic and details, high-frequency burr, rounded midrange, low-frequency power, good elasticity
6. Extremely high parameter performance: dynamic 112dB, signal-to-noise ratio 112dB, distortion -93dB

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
