1. This product supports Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles manufactured before 2014, Toyota vehicles manufactured before 2014 and Volvo vehicles manufactured before 2013. A vehicle communication tool used in conjunction with VIDA, communication enables diagnostics and troubleshooting as well as downloading software.

7. DICE - Diagnostic Communication Equipment, is a tool used with VIDA all-in-one to communicate with the vehicle. Communications enable vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting as well as software downloads.
8. DICE has an integrated CARB cable that connects to the vehicle''s diagnostic socket. When connected to a vehicle, DICE will provide power as long as the battery is charged.
9. The DICE has a folding hook designed to hang the unit on one of the handlebars of the vehicle.
10. DICE is equipped with four status LEDs that indicate the status of the software, USB and Bluetooth communication, and the interface with the car.
11. On one end of the unit, there is a DC input to which a battery cable or adapter can be connected. This adapter is used for upgrades and troubleshooting of DICE.

Refunds & Returns

Duration:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
  • Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.

Return Conditions:

  • LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.

Change of Mind:

  • 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.

Misdescription:
