Product Details
1. Supports reading and clearing codes, and can also retrieve a large amount of information from the engine control unit (ECU). When something goes wrong with your car, the ECU triggers the check engine light.
2. Retrieve and display test results for emissions-related powertrain components and systems. This is a way to find out if your engine has misfire or compression issues on specific cylinders, or other data that might indicate a problem but isn't enough to trigger the check engine light.
3. Supports most 12V diesel and gasoline vehicles. The vehicle complies with the standard OBDII/EOBD protocol and has an OBDII16 Pin diagnostic port.
4. Supported languages: Portuguese, German, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, English and French

Functions:
1. Read Code: Displays a detailed description of the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC)
2. Clear Codes and Reset: Turn off the check engine light (MIL), clear codes, and reset the monitor.
3. Data Streaming: Read and display real-time ECU/PCM data streams, plot functions graphically and store freeze frame data.
4. I/M readiness status: Shows whether the various emission-related systems on the vehicle are functioning properly and ready for inspection and maintenance testing.
5. Read real-time data stream: Display continuous data stream information from the vehicle in a real-time graphic (waveform) display.
6. View Freeze Frame Data: Examine certain vehicle conditions recorded by the on-board computer when an emissions-related failure occurred.
7. O2 Sensor Test: Allows O2 Sensor Monitor test results to be retrieved and viewed from the vehicle's on-board computer for the most recently performed test.
8. On-board monitor testing: Retrieve and display test results for emissions-related powertrain components and systems.
9. Read vehicle information: display VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), CID (Calibration ID) and CVN (Calibration Verification Number) and other information.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
- Process: Email your cancellation request.
- Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.

Damages and Issues:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
- For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
