1. AUTOPHIX BAS100 is a handheld car battery tester that combines battery health test, start test and charging test. It can quickly read battery data to determine whether the vehicle battery needs to be started or replaced, as well as the output status of the alternator. Prevent problems such as vehicle starting difficulties due to battery failure, and protect vehicle reliability and driving safety.

This 12V car battery tester can provide you with reliable and comprehensive battery parameters, such as voltage, internal resistance, cold starting current and AH capacity, battery health and charging status, etc., so you can decide whether to replace or recharge the battery based on the test results, and help you understand the battery status in advance to prevent possible battery failure.
3. The BAS100 car battery tester is suitable for all types of 12V and 24V batteries (CCA of 100 to 2000), such as conventional flooded, AGM flat, AGM spiral, GEL and EFB, and complies with multiple standards: JIS, EN, DIN, SAE, CCA, BCI, GB, CA, MCA and IEC.
4. The 12V battery tester is suitable for cars, motorcycles, trucks, RVs, ATVs, SUVs, boats, yachts, lawn mowers and even golf carts.

Refunds & Returns

Duration:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
  • Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
  • Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.

Return Conditions:

  • To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

  • Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
  • LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
  • Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Change of Mind:

  • 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.

Misdescription:

  • If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:

  • Process: Email your cancellation request.
  • Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Exchanges:

  • For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds:
