The usage method of PCIE to SATA3.0 adapter card is as follows:
1. The SATA interface mode of PCIE to SATA3.0 is AHCI mode. If you want to insert a system disk on our card, the premise is that your system disk must be installed in AHCI mode when installing the system on the motherboard, otherwise it will not pass Our card riser cards enable the system.
2. If it is confirmed that the system disk is inserted into the SATA interface on the motherboard and the installation system is in AHCI mode, then you can directly insert the hard disk into our card, then enter the motherboard BIOS and set the system disk as the first boot.
3. Both of the above conditions are met. If it still fails to start, or restarts repeatedly, then it may be caused by a conflict between the hard disk interface of the motherboard and our adapter card. The solution is to enter the BIOS of the motherboard and set the hard disk interface option of the motherboard to Disabled, save and restart to start the system

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
