Product Details
1. Strong compatibility, common to all SATA hard drives: placed on the 5.25 optical drive position of the chassis, it supports desktop 3.5-inch hard drives, notebook 2.5-inch hard drives, and SSD solid state drives.
2. Two disks read simultaneously, support up to 24TB large capacity: Two hard disks can work together and support up to 24TB, large capacity hard disks.
3. Dual USB ports are universal for charging and transmission: add dual USB ports to better solve the problem of insufficient host USB ports for dual-use charging and transmission.
4. Independent hard disk switch The hard disk work can be controlled freely: the front hard disk independent switch and LDE indicator, A disk and B disk can independently control the power supply and working status of the corresponding hard disk.
5. Hard disk with lock design is more secure: The design with lock function can better protect the hard disk of the chassis from being overturned and stolen, and better protect the safety of the hard disk.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:

- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.

Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:

- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
