Function installed: Voice Control, Google Maps, YouTube, BT music play, Offline Maps, Google Play Store, USB Drive for media, Screen Casting, Google Assistant. Unlock higher definition picture and sound quality.
Easy to install&: Insert CarPlay box into the USB port of the car, wait 1-2min(Device is initializing), select CarPlay from the original car multimedia system menu, and then it will switch to our android system automatically. NOTE: Make sure the original car radio has CarPlay function.

Refunds & Returns

Duration:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
  • Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
  • Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.

Return Conditions:

  • To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

  • LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
  • Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Change of Mind:

  • 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.

Misdescription:

  • If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.
