Product Details
1. Main material: acrylic foam + polyethylene
2. Selection of materials, active oxides decomposition of stains and physical friction, easy to remove stains, soap scum, etc. adhered to the surface of the mirror
3. Thickened polyester acrylic foam, synthetic fiber surface, easy to hold friction use, reusable, washable after use
4. Physical friction of polishing surface, adding artificial diamond, cerium oxide, aluminum oxide, no need for cleaner, mirror will be bright once wiped
5. Clean the mirror surface, take with the use, paste placed, stains a wipe that is clean, does not hurt the mirror surface

Notes:
1. Because the diamond particles are hard materials, scrubbing items of different materials may produce abrasion marks
2. Long-term use, the characteristics of the product material will be deteriorated over the years, the stains attached to the different years, water quality and other external conditions, and can not guarantee that all stains can be wiped off
3. When using the product, it must be moistened with water, and the clean surface must be scrubbed first, and it must not be used or stored near high temperatures or open flames
4. Cannot be used with other abrasives because of the presence of abrasive materials
5. Do not wring out water like a towel after use
6. If the adsorbent side (white side) is stained with oil, clean it with a neutral detergent
7. Do not store in a pile with bleach or mold remover

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:

- Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.
