Enjoy peace of mind with enhanced security features. The A50 resists common break-in techniques and includes anti-pry and tamper alarms. A through-lock body design ensures protection even if the exterior panel is damaged. For added safety, the lock activates a 3-minute lockout after multiple incorrect password attempts.
The A50 is designed for ease of use and reliability. The integrated semiconductor fingerprint sensor offers quick and accurate recognition. Low battery alerts ensure you're never locked out, and the lock can be powered via USB in emergencies. Manage up to 100 fingerprints, IC cards, and user codes. Suitable for wooden and security doors with a thickness of 45-120mm.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:

- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
