1) The tester uses 6V DC as the power supply only.
2) Never attempt to connect and start the tester with any power supply other than the tester itself.
3) For an economic use of battery,the tester will shut off automatically if it does not work for 30 minutes in succession.
4) One person enough to complete cable continuity check.
5) Check wiring error in 5E,6E,coaxial cable and telephone line.
6) Such as open circuit,short circuit,jumper wire,reverse connection or cross-talk interference.

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.

Return Conditions:

- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.
