Product Details

The way the braces are worn
1. Rinse thoroughly with water before use
2. Open both sides of the braces with both hands and place them in the mouth. You can adjust them to a comfortable position with the help of your hands or tongue
3. Chew with normal intensity. Bite the anti-molars, close the mouth, and breathe through the nose
4. After adaptation, it can be used normally
Matters needing attention
1. In the early stage of wearing, a few people may have drooling, sore teeth, nausea and other phenomena, which are normal physiological reactions. It takes a period of time to adapt
2. Do not use it while drunk or after taking other powerful sleeping pills
3. Dedicated personnel to avoid cross infection
4. Do not rinse with scalding hot water
5. It is not recommended to use in the following cases: wear wire fixed correctors for serious health problems or respiratory symptoms; Severe periodontitis of movable dentures; Tooth looseness

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:

- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.
