Tips for using false eyelashes:
Tips for applying eyelashes:
-Clips: There are many kinds of eyelash assistants. A single bunch of false eyelashes can use the help of a clip to make the false eyelashes easy and convenient to apply;
-Small scissors: The entire row of false eyelashes you just bought should be trimmed to a length that fits the eye shape. Small scissors can be used to trim it appropriately;
-Lash glue: There are two types: white glue and black glue. Generally, after applying on eyelashes, it will be better to wait a few seconds for the glue to become semi-dry before sticking;
Various uses of false eyelashes:
-Cut it in half and use it to glue the end of the back eye, suitable for girls with small and round eyes, making the eyes look bigger;
-Cut it into a small handful, section by section, and use tweezers to stick it to the root of the eyelashes at intervals, which is natural and cute;
How to remove eyelashes:
-Use your fingernails to gently lift the bottom line of the eyelashes, then pinch them with your fingertips and slowly lift them;
-Use the tips of your thumb and index finger to gently pull up the false eyelashes starting from the inner corner of the eye. Be gentle. Used false eyelashes should be completely removed from the glue and neatly stored in the box. This way the curve of the false eyelashes can remain unchanged for multiple uses. In addition, be careful not to stick eye shadow powder, mascara, etc. to the false eyelashes, otherwise they will stain and damage the false eyelashes!

Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:

- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.
