Product Details
1. Daily mobile phone screens, computer laptop screens, tablet computers, LCD TV screens and other digital screen products are easily stained with oil, dust and fingerprints during use, and the surface is dirty and difficult to clean. Currently, the commonly used cleaning cloths can only be used for dry wiping or wet wiping. The cleaning effect is not good, and some products can easily damage the screens of digital products.
2. This product solves the problem that the screen cleaning cloth can only be used for dry wiping or wet wiping. The cleaning cloth can be freely flipped on both sides, realizing the function of a cleaning cloth that can be used to wipe and clean different surfaces. Refunds & Returns
Duration:
- You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
Full Refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
- Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
- Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.
Return Conditions:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
- Start Your Return: Email sales@evertrend.co.za to lodge your return request.
- Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
- LCD Screens: For LCD screens, ensure installation is performed by a professional to avoid warranty issues. Include an invoice image from the technician if the LCD is faulty.
- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Change of Mind:
- 'Change of mind' returns (e.g., ordered by mistake) are subject to a 15% handling fee. Return shipping must be handled by the buyer.
Misdescription:
- If the product differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or the correct item to be sent.

Cancellation:
- Process: Email your cancellation request.
- Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.

Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We aim to resolve such issues promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Non-Returnable: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and spare parts installed in mobile phones.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sales items and gift cards are non-returnable. Personal items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges:
- For a different item, return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
- Notification: We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Approval: If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Transaction times may vary based on your bank or card issuer.
